The First Step To Feeling Fulfilled


A lack of fulfillment is one of the emptiest and most discouraging feelings you can have.


You question your choices and true purpose in life. You feel a lack of direction- mainly because you have no idea of where you’re going. And yuck - nobody should be going through life with these feelings and beliefs.


If you do, it’s time for a change.


I’ll give you just the first step to help find meaning and fulfillment in your life, but it’s a biiiig step:


  1. Discover Your Mission: (Whaaaaaat?? A biiiiig step is right!) For you to feel like you have meaning and purpose, something has to have meaning and purpose to you.


You need to find that out. You need to really know yourself - your personality, your likes/dislikes, your dreams, your obstacles, the impact you want to make, how you want others to think of you (careful here!), how you can impact others, your reason for being on this earth, AND, where you want to go.


--> What does your best future self look like?


Did I really throw 832 things into this one step. Well, sorta, but they are all connected to this one idea - to discover your mission.


Only when you have clarity and that vision can you truly find meaning in the concepts and practices that will help you get there.


This isn’t always an easy process. It takes a hot second to first calm your brain enough to even start thinking about yourself on this deeper level. Then, you need to be able to take the due time to truly reflect back, then think and dream forward.


It’s a breakthrough process and this alone, can provide some peace and energy as you start the breakthrough you’re craving.


If you ever feel like you’re grasping at straws and not making progress, maybe you need to step back and go through this process first.


Okayyyyy, I know I didn’t give you all the steps to feeling fulfilled - but I did give you the first Giant Step you need to take.
